Kevin Mosher
Chief Executive Officer
Prior to joining DFine, Kevin Mosher served as President of Nobel Biocare’s North American division. During his tenure at Nobel Biocare, Kevin helped grow and build an organization known for its stellar sales execution and consistent profitability. He was a member of the Executive Committee since joining in 2004, and helped guide the organization through several acquisitions while more than doubling the North American division’s organic revenues. Kevin has distinguished himself as a builder of businesses that consistently exceed their executional goals. Prior to his position at Nobel Biocare, he served as President of medical device manufacturer Masimo Corporation, and spent over 11 years rising through the sales and marketing ranks at medical device stalwarts such as Baxter Healthcare and Johnson & Johnson. Mosher holds an Applied Engineering degree from the U.S. Naval Academy.
Gabor Gran
Vice President of Operations
Gabor Gran has over 25 years industry experience from which 12 years are in the medical device industry. Prior to DFine, Mr. Gran served in various operational and R&D positions at SurgRx, PulmonX and has extensive experience in designing and manufacturing programmable controllers, RF controllers and disposable medical devices. Mr. Gran received his MS degree in Structural Engineering from Technical University of Budapest, Hungary.
David Simpson
Vice President of Marketing
David Simpson has 20 years of marketing and sales experience in the spine and orthopedic markets. He has spearheaded marketing efforts for spinal products in both the U.S. and Canada. Prior to joining DFine, Mr. Simpson was director of marketing at Kyphon, a company focused on restoring spinal function with minimally invasive therapies, where he was responsible for domestic and international marketing activities. Mr. Simpson previously held the position of national sales manager (Canada) for Synthes, where he managed all distribution and sales activities of the company’s orthopedic and neurosurgical product line. He began his career at Wright Medical Technology, where his first role was as the sales and marketing director. Mr. Simpson received a Bachelor of Science in biology and chemistry from the University of Waterloo in Waterloo, Ontario.
Robert D. Poser, D.V. M.
Vice President of Scientific and Medical Affairs
Dr. Poser has 20 years of experience in medical device development at Baylor College of Medicine, Harrington Arthritis Research Center, Norian Corporation (VP of Research and Development) and as VP of Science and Technology at Corazon Technologies. Following completion of his D.V.M. at the University of Georgia and postdoctoral clinical training, Dr. Poser completed a fellowship in orthopedic surgery and research with a focus on biomaterials, implant design, periprosthetic bone remodeling and product development. Dr. Poser has held senior management roles in Experimental Surgery, Research and Development, Science/Technology and Clinical Research.
Sandeep Saboo
Vice President of Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs
Sandeep Saboo joined DFine in March 2006 with over 15 years experience in the medical device industry with extensive experience in setting up quality systems, manufacturing facilities and ensuring regulatory compliance at start-up and established companies. Mr. Saboo previously served as Director of Quality Assurance and Regulatory Compliance at Evalve from 2002 to 2006 where he set-up the quality systems and manufacturing facilities from the ground-up. Prior to Evalve, Mr. Saboo served as Director of Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs at Intella Interventional Systems. Prior to Intella, Sandeep held management and engineering positions at Fox Hollow Technologies, Heartport and Medtronic where he was involved in setting-up quality systems from the ground-up to full commercial distribution and ensuring continued compliance. Mr. Saboo holds an M.S. in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from BIT Mesra, India.
Eric Schaber
Vice President of Operations, Europe
Eric Schaber has over 15 years of international sales and marketing experience in the medical device, trauma and orthopedic spine markets. Prior to joining DFine, Mr. Schaber held the position of Vice President of Commercial Operations for Europe, the Middle East and Canada at Kyphon International, a company focused on restoring spinal function through minimal invasive therapies. Before Kyphon, he held the position of International Sales Manager at Tutogen Medical Germany, where he was responsible for all sales activities in Europe and the Middle East. Mr. Schaber started his career as a sales representative at Abbott Germany selling medical devices and pharmaceutical products to hospitals before moving into the trauma and orthopedic markets holding various positions with Synthes and Depuy in Germany.
Linda M. Lechner
Controller
Linda Lechner has over 20 years of experience in finance and administration, primarily in the medical diagnostic industry. Prior to joining DFine, she was a financial consultant for several years at various companies assisting with special projects, mergers, documentation and business system training. From 1996 – 2004, she was the CFO/VP of Administration at Microgenics, a medical diagnostic company where she was responsible for overseeing the entire financial, IT and HR functions of the Company. She has extensive experience with mergers and acquisitions, ERP system implementations, establishing internal controls and reliable financial information. Ms. Lechner holds a BS in Accounting from Rochester Institute of Technology.
